Us
We are a group of individuals, each with our own expertise.
We have come together to offer others the opportunity to explore
the techniques of meditation, yoga and well being in a relaxed
and enjoyable environment. We value fun and relaxation and
believe that this is a fundamental part of meditation. We
have carefully chosen natural locations that are inspirational
for the simplicity of life. We have designed a wide range
of workshops that can bring the philosophies of meditation
in to all aspects of life, focusing on the union of the spirit,
mind and body.
Along with our education of the values of meditation, we
are also currently organizing a charity called S.E.E.D. (Small
Effort Encouraging Development) in the field of health &
hygiene, education, irrigation & agriculture with a view
to rejuvenating the village people in tribal areas of Udaipur
(Sandeep's home city in India). We welcome anyone who would
be interested in joining us.

Rosaleen Bloomfield
I started to practice yoga about 10 years ago, when I worked in a demanding corporate sales environment, as a way to reduce stress, improve my physical health and well-being and to develop a calmer, relaxed mind. Yoga has truly become a way of life for me, and I started to teach yoga in 2002. I teach traditional Hatha yoga, and because I have always practiced a variety of yoga styles, Iyengar, Sivananda, Hatha and Ashtanga/Dynamic yoga, elements of the other styles are merged in my teaching. I enjoy guiding class members to gently and safely improve their asana practice (according to individual ability) as well as attaining the peaceful balance of body and mind which is the essence of yoga. Through practicing yoga I have learned that it is a wonderful system for developing self-awareness, inner knowledge and greater understanding of the mind and its power to transcend all limitations.
My interest in how the mind can promote or hinder our desire to achieve our dreams has led me to explore different tools for utilizing the power of the mind. I am now also a qualified life coach and I'm passionate and enthusiastic about sharing this knowledge to help others to find their path in life.
"Rosaleen’s Yoga classes are the perfect way to unwind after a stressful day at the office. Being the mum of a energetic 11 month old baby the classes help me get in shape whilst helping me to unload the stresses of the day and energising me so that I’m ready for whatever new game my son has devised for me that evening!"

Roger Lyon
I have always enjoyed movement for joy or sport and in every
sense. After university, it was a shock when I woke one day
to find I couldn't walk. Lasting for over a year, it was a
long time before I could appreciated the importance of stillness
as more than an interlude between motion. Through this experience,
I found this inner stillness to be the source of everything
we do. As each moment we create ourselves by thoughts and
actions, the stillness is the origin at the centre of each
of us that when we are in balance allows us to choose how
we will live for ourselves, in relationships and work.
I teach a combination of Chi Kung and Tai Chi with an infusion
of yoga to bring balance naturally to the body and mind. I
invite you to join me to learn practical ways to freedom from
everyday stress and to become more relaxed, easy and free.
