the outcome you want. The workshop makes you
aware of what you may want to leave behind on your journey
to a life of lasting value and fulfilment.
Chi Gung & Yoga: Come with
an open mind and achieve stillness and calmness of the mind
through the unique blending of two ancient systems which unite
the mind and body and helps you to experience the present.
