Miss Nilüfer the cook, the manager of Mahmut – Leman Restaurant (especially cooks Ottoman Meals) in Beşiktaş, İstanbul prepares delicious meals at the kitchen of the Camping in summers. Breakfast and dinner are both served at open stand. During lunch time you can have anything you wish prepared a la carte. Drinks , most important needs of summer time, are all the time ,cold as ice and pleatıful and varıous.

We procure most of the from the village or from our own garden in natural wys.

Bread and special bread baked in very thin sheets breakfast are cooked wıthın the camp the same way as the local people do.
